We’re looking for a warm, organised, and reliable Dental Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dental practice. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love helping people, and have a passion for providing outstanding service, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

Greet patients and manage appointment bookings

Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries

Process payments

Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality

Help keep our reception area clean, calm, and professional

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in dental or medical reception necessary

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Confident using dental software (Exact) – training can be provided

A team player with strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
