As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Dental Receptionist to join our front office team.

About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our patients, your role as a Dental Receptionist is vital in creating a warm and professional experience. You will be responsible for managing appointment bookings, patient enquiries, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting patients and managing front desk reception duties

Scheduling and confirming appointments

Answering phone calls and responding to email enquiries

Processing payments, issuing invoices, and managing HICAPS/Medicare claims

Maintaining accurate patient records and confidentiality

Supporting the dental team with administrative tasks as required

Ensuring the reception area is tidy and well presented at all times

About You:
To be successful in this role, you should be:

Friendly, well-presented, and professional

A great communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Organised, efficient, and able to multitask under pressure

Tech-savvy and experienced with dental software (e.g. D4W, Exact, or similar)

Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic

Previous dental or medical reception experience preferred but not essential
