About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Admin/Practice Manager to join our team at the Alexandria Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic in Alexandria, NSW. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to play a key role in the smooth running and continued growth of our reputable physiotherapy practice.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational tasks of the clinic, including managing staff, patient bookings, billing, and inventory

Providing exceptional customer service and managing patient inquiries and complaints

Assisting with the implementation of new policies and procedures to streamline clinic operations

Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of patient care

Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

Supporting the marketing and business development efforts of the clinic

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative/practice management role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service

Proficient in using practice management software and other business applications

A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of the healthcare industry and relevant regulations and compliance requirements
