In this part time, 15 hour per week, role the Project Officer will work with small organisations across WA as they empower people to plan and document their end of life wishes.

This uplifting and impactful project is delivered as a partnership with Palliative Care WA and WA Primary Health Alliance. The Project Officer will administer small grants, facilitate online communities of practice and prepare written reports and resources. Empathy and comfort in discussing grief, loss and end of life is essential, however specialist subject knowledge is not necessary as relevant expertise and content is delivered through the project partners.

As part of a small team, the Project Officer will also support work across Linkwest and contribute to the success of the Linkwest statewide conference in August 2025.

Every day will be different in this role, working with stakeholders across WA to develop and foster relationships with, and between, the network of Neighbourhood and Community Resource Centres in the Linkwest membership.
