About the Company

Headquartered in Subiaco, Green Critical Minerals Limited (GCM) is an ASX listed company on the pathway to becoming a leading global producer and supplier of industrial mineral products.

GCM has recently commissioned a production facility for its revolutionary VHD Technology and requires a Project Officer to support GCM’s growth.

About the Role

The Project Officer is responsible for the day to day project and office operations, ensuring a contemporary, smooth and efficient administrative function.

The role will suit someone with:

· Confidence working independently and as an integral part of a small, high performing team, across a wide variety of activities.

· Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask.

· Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

· Strong Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems knowledge.

· Exposure to WHS, HR, and Quality management.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day project and office operations, and Executive support.

· Provide administrative and project support, including maintaining document management systems, filing, and record keeping.

· Coordinate administrative activities including logistics, procurement, and IT.

· Maintain HR records and support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives.

· Support implementation and administration of company systems, including software, policies, standards, and procedures.

· Ensure data security and confidentiality protocols are upheld.

· First point of contact for external stakeholders.

· Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

· Support compliance with relevant regulations and certifications.
