About the role:
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Provide inbound support for Specsavers stores across Australia.
Manage customer bookings, reschedule/cancelling appointments.
Be an exemplary representative of our client Specsavers.
Commit to consumer advocacy and deliver great outcomes for both the consumer and Specsavers.
Handle consumer communication enquiries and providing them with a highly personalised experience throughout.
About you:
Previous Contact Centre experience highly regarded.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, have a positive attitude and are a team player.
Ability to think on your feet.
Strong computer literacy.
