About the role:

This is an exciting time as we are currently experiencing rapid growth and in need of multiple Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join our business and represent our leading global clients! Having a passion for customer service and providing exceptional customer experiences will be keys to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle consumer communications enquiries from beginning to end and providing consumers with a highly personalised experience throughout

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Company’s products and Consumer Affairs Procedures

Develop individual consumer responses in line with company policy to engage consumers and enhance brand image

Prepare customised responses for both direct contact and referred consumers

Be aware of fluctuations or trends in consumer communications and alert management as required

About you:

You love to communicate with people, listen to their stories and understand the “why” to their “what”

You are a confident verbal and written communicator, ready and able to personalise communications to meet the needs of the individual.

You are empathetic, interested in people and relate to human experiences.

You are proficient across the Microsoft Office suite.

You are self-motivated, have a positive attitude and are a team player.

Strong customer service background and Contact Centre experience (either inbound or outbound)

You have excellent time management skills.

You demonstrate business and emotional maturity and etiquette in all that you do.
