We are currently recruiting a Project MANAGER on behalf of our client, a leading construction company working on a diverse range of residential and commercial developments. The company handles projects including townhouse complexes apartment buildings,and multi-use complexes.

• End-to-End Project Management
  Oversee full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover across multi-storey residential and townhouse developments.
• Program and Budget Control
  Develop and maintain project schedules (using tools like MS Project or Asta), monitor progress, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Subcontractor Management
  Let and manage subcontracts, coordinate trades on site, and ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Essential Requirements:

• Strong Understanding of Queensland Building Code
• Experience working on apartments and townhouse projects
• 3 Years minimum experience
