Our client is currently recruiting for a Service Manager to lead their highly successful drug and alcohol (AOD) rehabilitation unit!
Their multidisciplinary teams operate across NSW, guided by a strong clinical governance and quality framework, with a focus on continuous improvement, inclusion, and person-centred care.
Our client is a well-established not-for-profit organisation delivering a broad range of evidence-based services and programs to support individuals and families experiencing poverty, disadvantage, homelessness, disability, and health challenges.
This role will involve:
- Oversee the delivery of services in alignment with strategic objectives and quality standards.
- Provide supervision, support professional development, and manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff compliance.
- Use data and outcomes to evaluate and enhance service effectiveness and impact.
- Implement and monitor clinical governance, risk management, and quality frameworks in line with accreditation standards.
- Manage a range of AOD, therapeutic, health, and vocational programs tailored to participant needs.
- Oversee site operations, including facilities, maintenance, kitchen, rosters, and safety protocols.
- Embed co-designed, person-centred practice approaches that reflect the service’s therapeutic model.
- Submit reports and ensure services meet the requirements of external governing bodies.
- Coordinate referral processes, case allocation, shared care, and multidisciplinary meetings.
- Develop service linkages and collaborations to ensure continuity of care and support.

The requirements for this role include:
- Tertiary Qualification in relevant field such as Social Work/Social Science/Community Welfare or other relevant fields.
- Demonstrated operational management experience within the community services sector, including oversight of caseloads, resource allocation, and service delivery.
- Demonstrated understanding of best practice related to AOD and Mental Health treatment and recovery.
- Experience in assessment and use of evidence based interventions.
- Current drivers licence
