We are a family run business that is looking for a Store Manager/ Service Adviser for a workshop store in the Sutherland shire of Sydney. Wollongong or Illawarra based people welcome to apply. Menai Position Available.

We're after someone that is looking for a new challenge and is keen to run a business like its their own. You will be responsible for not only managing the work that comes into the workshop but show eagerness in generating new business. You will also have the freedom of training and developing your own team while working towards budgets and KPI's. Are you currently a Service advisor or Service manager looking for the next challenge?

To be suitable for this amazing opportunity you must display the following;

Be a fully qualified mechanic with at least 3+ years in a qualified role

Have excellent time management skills as this will be key to your success.

Hold current repairers license & NSW car license

Pink Slip/Blue Slip certificates (preferred but not essential)

Refrigerant Handling License (preferred but not essential)

Be enthusiastic & motivated regarding your work and the development of apprentices

Work a 40 hour week plus rotating Saturdays

Display impeccable customer service skills

This Role attracts a salary package of 100K plus.
