The Pizza Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of store operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This includes team leadership, customer service excellence, product quality, inventory management, staffing, and performance optimization. The right candidate will be passionate about food, obsessed with systems, and motivated to grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Team Management

Lead, train, and manage a team of kitchen staff, delivery drivers, and front-of-house crew

Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and pride in the product

Schedule staff to align with business needs while managing labor costs

Conduct regular performance reviews and ongoing training sessions

2. Operations & Quality Control

Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene

Ensure pizzas meet brand quality and speed benchmarks—especially during peak hours

Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Manage service during peak periods with calm, effective leadership

3. Customer Experience

Ensure outstanding service and resolve complaints swiftly and professionally

Engage with customers and build a strong local reputation for hospitality

Monitor reviews and customer feedback, taking action as needed

4. Financial & Inventory Management

Monitor daily/weekly sales, margins, and wastage reports

Manage ordering, stock rotation, and supplier relationships

Track and optimize food, labor, and overhead costs

Ensure accurate cash handling and daily reconciliations

5. Compliance & Safety

Uphold all health, safety, and food handling regulations

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the venue

Conduct regular safety checks and ensure staff training is up to date
