1825 interiors is a beautiful furniture and home wares retail store in Penrith NSW. We are an Australian owned and operated family business which is looking for a store manager with excellent leadership, customer service and administration skills.

Job Description

Our store manager needs to have exceptional customer service and can drive outstanding store sales. The manager needs to lead and motivate their team to achieve sales targets. You need to have a passion for detailed home styling and a drive to creating a beautiful home environment. The person applying for the role needs to have a passion for home interiors.

Store Sales Targets

• To achieve sales targets for the store and individual targets
• Follow company KPI's and reporting daily, weekly and monthly
• Monitor and improve staff sale conversion rate

Staff Management and leadership

• Staff team building, training, rosters
• Staff training and rosters
• Staff Recruitment

Management of stock inventory

• Store inventory monitored daily
• Regular stock takes and reporting
• Ordering of products from overseas and locally
• Inventory dispatch and receiving procedures

Administration Management

• Customer communication
• Customers updated to when they will receive orders
• Customers accounts maintained
• Banking/cash handling
• Ensure safety of company assets
• Company policy and Procedures followed

Store Presentation

• Store is maintained in company presentation standards
• Advertising material and ticketing is current with promotions
• Furniture and Home wares are to standards
• General house keeping

Applicants Experience needed:

• Previous experience in a retail sales environment with a passion for delivering customer service that exceeds expectations.
• Manager and have at least 2-5 years experience
• Excellent leadership and team building abilities
• Has worked to KPI's and sales targets
• Strong Sales background
• Excellent computer skills & Administration skills
