Who We’re Looking For

A talented writer with a deep understanding of Australia’s financial and real estate sectors. You can simplify complex economic policies and investment strategies into clear, authoritative, and engaging content. You also have proven experience in social media operations, especially on Chinese platforms such as Xiaohongshu (RED) and WeChat Official Accounts, and know how to create viral content that resonates with Chinese-speaking audiences.

Position Details

Type: Full-time

Salary: From AUD $80,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Location: On-site (Australia)

Responsibilities

Write and edit expert-level content on finance, economics, Australian property, and investment

Analyze and explain Australian policies, property market trends, taxation, loans, immigration, and legal topics

Develop compelling social media content ideas and create impactful, shareable posts

Manage content across mainstream Australian platforms (YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn)

Lead content creation on Chinese platforms, particularly Xiaohongshu (RED) and WeChat Official Accounts, to effectively reach Chinese-speaking audiences

Track content performance and optimize content strategies based on data analysis

Collaborate with professionals in finance, law, and real estate to enhance credibility and depth of content

Your Background

10–15 years of experience in media, writing, or content production related to finance, economics, investment, or real estate (or equivalent portfolio)

Familiarity with Australian and global macroeconomic environments, with strong policy analysis skills

Strong writing ability, capable of simplifying complex ideas into reader-friendly language

Proficiency in operating Xiaohongshu and WeChat Official Accounts; experience in content growth on these platforms is highly preferred

Knowledge of SEO, data analytics, and content performance optimization is a plus

Able to independently generate topics, write high-quality content, and meet deadlines
