We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media and Content Coordinator to join our growing team at Hey Jack and elevate our brand’s presence across numerous platforms.

THE ROLE:
Plan, schedule, and manage our Instagram and Tiktok social media content, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
Create and update a monthly content calendar, showing a consistent look and feel, and ensuring quality over quantity.
Refine our current social media strategy, adapting previous ideas whilst bringing loads of fresh perspective and input.
Monitor daily social media activity and staying reactive to community engagement, tags & DMs.
Stay ahead of emerging social media and influencer trends, sharing insights with the team.
Lead the content creation for our social media and work with our in-house team of creatives to brief new videos/reels/tiktoks to further engage our audience and provide expert insight and inspiration.
Create daily content of our team, office and culture, consistently providing new content ideas that reflect our brand and people.
Develop and execute an "always-on" social media strategy, ensuring consistent engagement and brand visibility.
Collaborate on social media partnerships, attend industry events and build on our current network and relationships through our online platforms.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
You an expert in all things social media and content, and thrive off the digital space, knowing all there is about trends and online branding/creating good content.
Previous experience in social media management is a must, specifically Instagram and Tiktok. Extra points within events or weddings.
Ability to recognise current trends, work quickly and stay relevant with online content.
Think outside the box and bring ideas and creativity to the table, collaborating with our Marketing Manager and Directors.
Creative mindset with the ability to curate compelling, brand-aligned content.
Experience using platforms such as Canva, Capcut or Premiere Pro to create and design content.
Proficiency in social media tools and scheduling platforms.
