Ozcare has an exciting opportunity for a recruitment specialist to join a growing team as a Recruitment Advisor.

Your Role

As part of the Centralised Recruitment team, you will provide a variety of talent acquisition functions to support the growth and development of Ozcare locations across Queensland. This will include:

Developing relationships with internal managers to ensure all job requisitions are understood and relevant expectations are set

Selecting and screening suitable candidates to ensure top talent is being provided to branch manager

Preparing and maintaining documentation and information which supports the full employee lifecycle such as advertising, offers of appointment, and staff transfers

Providing high-level communication and advice to managers and applicants around recruitment functions via various channels, including phone calls, emails, direct messaging and business systems

Maintaining employee data and documentation to ensure compliance in line with Ozcare policies and procedures

Consistently monitor onboarding progress to ensure day one readiness for both candidates and managers

Role Requirements

As a Recruitment Advisor, you will ideally have a background in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources, with an interest in developing your career in these areas. Therefore, you will ideally have the following qualifications/skills:

A relevant qualification in Business Management, Humans Resources, Administration or similar

The ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders through superior verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated high standard of customer service for a positive representation of the Ozcare brand and business operations

Demonstrate a high standard of personal and professional behaviour consistent with Ozcare's values of Integrity, Respect, Empathy and Compassion

The ability to effectively prioritise and manage competing tasks as a part of the full recruitment process

Strong administration and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail

Demonstrated high level computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint

Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition would be desirable

Please note a Current National Police Check is required prior to commencement for this role.
