About the Role

Are you passionate about ERP systems and ready to be the go-to expert for Microsoft Dynamics AX, D365 Finance & Operations, and SAP? We're looking for a proactive ERP Support to join our team. In this role, you'll act as a vital link between IT and business units, ensuring smooth ERP operations and driving system enhancements that support our growth and efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, D365 F&O, and SAP systems.

Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams, translating business needs into technical solutions.

Contribute to the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Customise and configure ERP modules to align with business processes across finance, supply chain, and operations.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical, functional, and performance issues.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement new functionality, upgrades, patches, and integrations.

Assist with code migrations and system upgrades while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Monitor ERP system performance and execute preventive maintenance and tuning activities.

Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, user manuals, and training materials.

Design and develop reports and queries in both Dynamics and SAP environments.

Train and support end-users to drive adoption and promote best practices.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, D365 Finance & Operations, and SAP.

Hands-on experience with ERP configuration, reporting, and issue resolution.

Understanding of ERP-related business processes across finance, supply chain, or operations.

Experience with SDLC methodologies and ERP upgrade cycles is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Systems, or a related field preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
