ICT Support Officer
Permanent Full-time Position

This position is a full-time permanent position commencing asap for the right candidate.

The main objective of the ICT Support Officer is to provide front line support to the Campbelltown Anglican Schools community, including students, teachers and staff and assist the ICT Manager with general day-to-day operations of ICT across all CAS sites and business units.

Main Responsibilities

Providing technical support for staff and students as required and ensuring regular updates of progress is provided to requestors, escalating tasks as appropriate.

Troubleshooting and resolving database issues, ensuring minimal downtime and data loss.

Managing all user data, access levels and associated processes and integration with other systems where appropriate.

Performing backups and recoveries to ensure appropriate maintenance plans are in place.

Maintaining CAS data and systems and appropriate access level controls to ensure the organisation’s data is protected and secured.

Proactively reviewing system and database performance and reliability as required.

Monitoring and reporting on database service availability.
