Contract Opportunity - Financial Modeller (3-Month Contract)

This property company is one of Australia's most prominent commercial construction developers, with a portfolio spanning luxury residential, commercial, and mixed-use precincts. We are seeking a highly capable and hands-on Financial Modeller to join us on a short-term contract and build a robust three-way financial model from the ground up.

The Role

In this 3-month engagement, you will:

• Design and build a detailed three-way financial model (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Consolidate financials across various trusts and corporate entities involved in multiple active construction and development projects
• Incorporate complex property investment structures, debt facilities, project costs, and revenue forecasts
• Ensure the model supports scenario planning, funding analysis, and reporting for key stakeholders
• Work closely with finance, development, and executive teams to capture inputs and validate assumptions

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience developing complex three-way financial models (ideally in property, construction, or infrastructure)
• Advanced Excel modelling skills and a deep understanding of accounting, forecasting, and project financing
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret complex structures
• Experience in property development or funds management is highly regarded
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
