Financial Accountant | NetSuite | 3-Month Temp to Perm

We're working with a fast-paced, ASX-listed SAAS technology business undergoing a period of sustained growth. As they scale their operations, they're looking to bring on a Financial Accountant with strong NetSuite experience for an initial 3-month contract, with a view to permanent employment.

The Role

This position sits within a lean but high-performing finance team, supporting month-end, reporting, and reconciliations while helping the team transition and optimise their use of NetSuite. The business operates across multiple entities, so consolidation experience is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in month-end close, journals, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Work with the Finance Manager to improve NetSuite reporting and processes
• Support statutory compliance and audit deliverables
• Assist in multi-entity consolidation and intercompany reconciliations
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in finance systems and processes

About You

• CPA/CA qualified or near-complete
• Strong hands-on NetSuite experience (essential)
• Confident working across multiple entities
• Proactive and detail-oriented, able to hit the ground running
• Previous experience in a listed or regulated business is advantageous

Contract Details

• 3-month contract to permanent
• Immediate start preferred
• Flexible hybrid working options in a Melbourne-based office

Your Profile

• CPA or CA accreditation
• Audit background (Big-4 or mid-tier)
• Impeccable communication skills and an exceptional analytical mindset
• Netsuite experience is advantageous
• Experience in a complex reporting environment with multiple trading entities
• Proven excel expertise and technical accounting skills
