Event Health Services’ (EHS) mission is to provide the most professional clinically appropriate and timely event health services in Western Australia; while maintaining an engaged, highly trained and well-resourced membership. As a Client Services Officer - EHS you will provide excellent customer service and manage client relationships to achieve sustained growth in the event health market and to enhance the reputation of St John WA as a premier pre-hospital health and event management service provider.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity working Tuesday through to Saturday 8.30am – 4.30pm in our Belmont Office. You will join a passionate and friendly team and have opportunities for career development.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide quotes for Event Health services in a timely and accurate manner to meet customer expectations of excellent customer service
  • Manage all aspects of client communication including correspondence in accordance with established formats and standards
  • Ensure all correspondence and administrative processes are completed in accordance with relevant policies and procedures to facilitate the provision of accurate and timely information
  • Ensure administrative and financial activities are performed in accordance with policy and processes.
  • Maintain Event Health Services records and databases and ensure the standard of documentation and associated processes are accessible in appropriate format
  • Ensure the service area observes and achieves legal compliance in relation to all areas of legislation related to Event Health Services
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to ensure ongoing market growth
  • Ensure volunteers have sufficient information to perform their roles

What you’ll need:

  • Exceptional customer service and relationship skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Accurate data entry
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
