Are you detail-oriented and passionate about supporting training quality and compliance?
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Admin Support Officer to join our Training Design and Governance Team in a permanent part-time role based in Belmont (30 hours per week).
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to help maintain St John WA’s RTO compliance processes in line with relevant standards and regulations. You’ll contribute to the overall quality and integrity of our training programs by assisting with documentation, reporting, and compliance-related tasks, ensuring adherence to both external requirements and internal procedures.
What you’ll do:
- Assist with the review and formatting of training documents and materials to meet compliance standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
- Supporting trainer onboarding, accreditation, upskilling, and compliance
- Assist with LMS-related tasks including course creation, data entry, updates and user support
- Help prepare reports and audit documentation
- Coordinate compliance activities and follow-up actions
What you will need:
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
- Prior experience in administrative roles within the VET sector or similar environment
- Experience in document control, LMS, and Quality Management systems
- Familiarity with compliance standards and trainer accreditation processes (highly regarded)
- High-level skills in Microsoft office suite
- Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail
