We are currently seeking a trustworthy and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our finance team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing trust account receipting and reconciliation in compliance with real estate regulations

Supporting general accounting tasks including ledger maintenance and transaction entries

Preparing, issuing, and tracking invoices for sales and property management services

Following up on outstanding payments and maintaining accurate financial records

Validating invoices, contracts, and financial documents for accuracy and compliance

Assisting with month-end and financial reporting processes

Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth financial operations

Skills and Experience:

Previous bookkeeping or assistant accounting experience, ideally within real estate or trust accounting

Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB) and Microsoft Excel

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively

Comfortable working onsite at our Travancore office 2–3 days a week
