About the Role:

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves. This role is perfect for someone with a background in event hire setups and carpentry or cabinet making, who can confidently lead a team and ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage warehouse organisation, inventory, loading and unloading for event deliveries

Oversee event furniture preparation, dispatch, and return processes

Lead a small team, ensuring timely and efficient event setups and pack-downs

Build, repair, and maintain custom event structures and furniture

Coordinate transport and logistics, especially during peak event periods

Ensure warehouse safety and cleanliness is upheld at all times

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in the event hire or events/logistics industry

Carpentry or cabinet making skills – able to assist in custom builds

Drivers Licence (essential)

Strong leadership and organisational skills

High attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines

Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

Available weekdays and flexible for day/night shifts on weekends
