Key responsibilities will include

• Day to day management of customer's sales orders/accounts using ERP SAP system
• Manage customer service inbox to provide superior customer service support.
• Take inbound customer call enquires relating to order management, stock availability and delivery timeframes.
• Utilise internal systems to provide accurate advise on the delivery process and timeframes for orders
• Investigate and provide customer solutions to any logistics issues.
• Collaborate with wider logistics and warehouse team to achieve customer results.

To be considered for this position you will possess

• Passion for providing a superior customer service
• SAP ERP / SAP S4 Hana or Salesforce system experience
• Impeccable communication skills both written and verbal
• Intermediate Excel abilities.
• The ability to work well in a fast paced logistics environment.
• Experience providing B2B customer support
• Own transport
