Exciting opportunity awaits to be part of a leading 3PL warehousing supplier located in Erskine Park. Our client is expanding their team to meet growing demands, and we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Shift Time: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Payrate: $33.73ph + super
Job Description:
- Ensure compliance with WHS, Quality, and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) policies and legislation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers
- Deliver positive customer experiences by resolving queries or escalating when necessary
- Handle complaints effectively and escalate where required
- Communicate promptly and accurately with all stakeholders
- Ensure documentation meets CoR and warehouse/transport standards
- Prepare and maintain KPI reports for assigned customers
- Follow SOPs for stock transfers, billing, order generation, and pending charges
- Support stocktakes, customer visits, and other site activities
- Perform other duties as required to support business needs
- Other tasks as required or directed, consistent with skills, qualifications and experience, deemed necessary to meet the needs of the business.
Duties Include:
- High school certificate
- Experience in the transport, supply chain and logistics industry is highly desirable.
- Previous customer service experience
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills across all levels, both oral and written.
- Must have positive can do attitude and ability to work strongly within a team.
- Experience with conflict resolution
- Experience with warehouse management system is highly desirable
- Intermediate Outlook & MS Excel Skills.
