We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Warehouse Manager to join our team. This role will involve overseeing the efficient operation of our warehouse on a part-time basis, working specifically Monday to Thursday.

Schedule: 4 Days Per Week: Monday to Thursday

As leaders in real grass dog toilets, we offer a subscription service delivering fresh grass to pet owners all over Australia.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock.

Ensure inventory accuracy and implement inventory management processes.

Coordinate and oversee the handling of deliveries and shipments.

Provide leadership and direction to up to 6 warehouse staff to ensure productivity targets are met.

Manage casual staff rosters and timesheets. Train and onboard new employees as needed.

Develop and implement procedures to improve warehouse efficiency.

Collaborate and communicate with other departments to meet organisational objectives.

Adhere to strict workplace health and safety regulations and enforce safety protocols.

Perform regular quality control checks on products.

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse, ensuring full compliance with WHS regulations.

Requirements:

Current driver's license and forklift license.

Minimum 2 years previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or Manager role.

Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.

Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Proven ability to accurately count pallets, stock, and all inventory.

Proficiency in computer literacy, including Excel.

Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 15kg.

Demonstrated ability to work with urgency and prioritise tasks.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong time management skills.

Thorough knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
