Are you a confident communicator who thrives on the phone and loves creating unforgettable experiences for others? We’re looking for a passionate Reservations & Guest Services Coordinator to be the warm, welcoming voice of our boutique portrait studios.

In this primarily phone-based role, you’ll be the first point of contact, setting the tone for an exceptional Portrait Experience. From time to time, you’ll also be required to greet clients in person and support our studio team to deliver a seamless, unforgettable experience from start to finish. If you reside between Geelong and Melbourne this is the ideal role for you!
