Lockyer Produce grows and sells fresh quality produce for Australian consumers in Queensland's Lockyer Valley Region.

About the Role: We're looking for an administrative extraordinaire to provide purchasing, import documentation, and administrative support. This role will be dynamic and change with the seasons.

Duties will include:

Coordinating the purchasing process with our sales team and suppliers.

Generating and updating import documentation for inbound products.

Receiving and entering orders and updates.

Processing invoicing and sales orders.

Liaising with growers and fulfilling paperwork requirements.

Creating and sending invoices and RCTI’s.

Liaising with bookkeeper and accountant.

Maintaining an organisational system within the office.

Maintaining correct inventory levels.

Organising and processing certifications, sample testing, and levies.

Creating produce tags and supplies.

Transport and logistics.

Transferring and monitoring pallets and crates.

Ensuring clear and proactive communication between our management, sales, logistics, and finance teams.

Other adhoc duties as required.

About You: This role is busy, so it is important that you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a challenge. If you are organised and have a positive can-do attitude, this is the role for you! To be successful in this role you will have:

Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative function.

Previous administrative experience in a busy purchasing role, with import documentation, or in the produce industry.

Previous experience working with ZERO

Very strong MS Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

High attention to detail.

A customer service approach.

Willingness and ability to be flexible
