About the opportunity

We’re on the hunt for a passionate, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Evo Group!

In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key role in driving growth across both established and emerging markets by developing and executing strategic digital marketing initiatives - with a strong focus on lead generation.

Your analytical mindset and results-oriented approach will be essential in building and optimising high-performing digital campaigns. You'll use data insights to continually refine strategies and maximise marketing impact. If you're excited by the idea of transforming data into actionable marketing strategies that deliver measurable results, we want to hear from you.

This role requires strong knowledge of online advertising platforms, data analytics, audience targeting, and campaign performance optimisation. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with our business goals and deliver clear value.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic marketer with a proven track record in executing and optimising performance-based digital campaigns.

What you will do:

1. Lead Generation & Digital Strategy

Manage and optimise paid digital campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more

Track and report on key performance metrics

Leverage data insights to refine audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative assets to improve campaign effectiveness and lead quality

2. Website & UX Optimisation

Manage and maintain all company websites

Optimise landing pages, website performance, and conversion funnels to enhance the user journey and boost conversion rates

Apply best practices in User Experience (UX), Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

3. Content & Campaign Management

Plan, create, and manage engaging digital content tailored to target audiences across digital platforms

Develop content strategies aligned with business objectives to drive engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation

Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, promotions, and brand awareness campaigns

About You

You’re a proactive, results-driven digital marketer with a passion for lead generation, performance, and continuous improvement. Ideally, you’ll bring:

3+ years of experience in digital marketing

Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms

Strong knowledge of web platforms (WordPress preferred)

Experience with Google Analytics, tracking tools, and CRM systems

Experience with email marketing automation, CRM and social media platforms

SEO experience is highly desirable but not essential

A track record of delivering measurable results through lead-focused campaigns

A passion for digital innovation, growth marketing, and data-driven decision-making
