With over 16 years of experience, we’ve built strong relationships with respected names like T2 Tea, Marion’s Kitchen Group, Gewürzhaus, The Tea Centre, and DAMMANN Frères.

Our products help tea brands stand out and strengthen customer loyalty. We serve a growing global community of boutique tea brands, hotels, restaurants, and premium gift retailers.

Now we’re ready to scale further — especially overseas — and we’re looking for a passionate, proactive sales and marketing all-rounder who’s long-term minded, excited to grow with a small team, and ready to build something meaningful from the ground up.

🎯 Your Mission

You’ll be our first dedicated sales and marketing hire, working closely with the founder to:

Build and execute a practical sales & marketing strategy

Test and refine what works (and cut what doesn’t)

Help us reach more tea brands, gift shops, and specialty retailers overseas

Grow into a leadership role over time and help shape our future team

📋 What You’ll Do

Drive B2B outreach: email, LinkedIn, cold calls, Faire.com, Amazon B2B

Create and test marketing campaigns (digital + offline)

Build and manage relationships with existing and new stockists and B2B customers

Collaborate on content and campaigns to showcase our value and design

Work closely with the founder and our Hong Kong operations team

Set up and manage a CRM system (e.g. HubSpot, Notion) to track leads, follow-ups, and customer data

Represent 01Living at trade events or meetings when needed

🧠 About You

Background or strong interest in product-based B2B marketing

Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven — with a startup mindset

Comfortable with digital tools like LinkedIn, Canva, ChatGPT, HubSpot, Pinterest

Aesthetic sense — you appreciate thoughtful product design and gifting culture

Bonus: experience in tea, gifting, boutique retail, or design-led products

We're open to experienced candidates or rising talent with passion, curiosity, and good instincts. Most important: you take ownership, follow through, and love to learn.

Full-time role (flexible start date)

Based on the Gold Coast – hybrid work (WOTSO Robina + remote)

Salary: A$65,000–$80,000 + super (negotiable based on experience)
