Good Bread Baking knowledge a must, be able to run the ovens competently, mix all dough's to a high standard and have sound bench work skills.
Great working conditions working 37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week on a rotating roster. General Retail Award 2020 applies which includes all weekend penalties plus Super.
