Agnes Street Bakery is expanding – and we’re looking for a Baker / Cook to join our early morning crew.

Based in Agnes Water QLD, our bakery is known for fresh bread, sourdough, hand-crafted pastries, and top-quality pies and sausage rolls all made from scratch, in store daily. We’re looking for someone with energy, drive, and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality work.

The role:

Full-time position for the right person

4:00 am start times – reliability is a must

Hands-on pastry prep including bread, pies, sausage rolls and more

Use of a pastry sheeter and high-volume baking equipment

Ability to work independently and as part of a small, fast-paced team

What we’re looking for:

Experience working with breads/pastry preferred but not a must

Confident with following recipes to deliver consistent products

Ability to work alone and as part of a small team

Strong work ethic, time management, and teamwork
