About the role

Bassy's Bakery is looking for an experienced, qualified Baker to join our team in Emu Park, Queensland. This is a full-time role, focused on producing high-quality baked goods to delight our customers around the Capricorn Coast.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and baking a range of breads, rolls, and other baked goods according to recipes and wholesale customer orders

Ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all baked products

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in baking or patisserie, such as a Certificate III in Baking

Several years of experience working as a qualified Baker, ideally in a commercial bakery setting

Strong practical baking skills and an eye for detail to ensure consistent quality

Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Passion for creating delicious baked goods and a commitment to customer satisfaction
