We’re partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Senior Reporting and Insights Analyst to join their Group Workforce Analytics and Insights team.
This is a pivotal role within a small, high-performing team where you’ll work closely with the Analytics Lead and act as the senior analyst, helping shape how workforce data is captured, analysed, and used to inform business-critical decisions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drive operational uplift and automation by streamlining how workforce data is managed and reported;
- Support major HR tech transitions, including a shift from legacy systems to Workday and UKG;
- Build centralised dashboards and models using platforms such as PowerBI and GCP; and
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across operations, HR, and tech.
What we’re looking for:
- A data professional who is proactive, takes initiative, and thrives on ownership;
- Strong technical capability across PowerBI, AWS, Fabric, and ideally Workday (or similar HRIS platforms like Oracle HCM or SuccessFactors); and
- A passion for using data to drive workforce strategy, with an eye for storytelling and insights.
