Your new role

As a trusted business partner, you will provide critical financial analysis and commercial advice to support strategic and operational goals. You'll work closely with executive leadership and business units to drive performance, develop pricing models, and enhance reporting capabilities. Key duties include:

• Deliver monthly financial analysis and reporting across business units.
• Maintain and update P&L forecasts and support budgeting processes.
• Design and analyse commercial reports with actionable insights.
• Lead the development and maintenance of pricing models.
• Provide financial input on contract pricing and RFPs.
• Partner with executive management on strategic initiatives.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation between local and global financial systems.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years' experience in financial analysis, pricing, and business modelling.
• CPA or CA qualification with a tertiary degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced Excel and financial software skills (Tableau experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A proactive, self-directed approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
