About the team and the role

Our People Experience teams' goal is to attract the best talent and retain them through helping our organisation create a fantastic employee experience. We're looking for someone to cover a period of team parental leave from early September 2025 - we're seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and results driven People Experience Partner.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on closely partnering with all levels of stakeholders to support them in people management across the employee journey. You will be comfortable operationally supporting leaders but also strategically - no two days are the same! You will also have opportunities to lead new people projects/initiatives because we're constantly improving and adding value.

What we're looking for

Our new team member will need to:

  • hold a tertiary qualification in HR, business, psychology, law or relevant discipline
  • quickly build rapport with leaders and other stakeholders to become an influential and trusted partner
  • be passionate, proactive and results driven
  • have demonstrated experience as a successful Senior Advisor or Business Partner across the employee journey including ER experience and organisational change
  • have experience in successfully leading, driving and supporting people projects/initiatives
  • approachable, friendly and supportive to everyone
  • high level of customer service with natural inclination to go above and beyond
  • ability to juggle competing tasks and adapt at limited notice
  • an eye for continuous improvement
  • be able to have fun and a laugh with our team and stakeholders
  • great critical thinking and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • be comfortable working in the forensic space - we know it's not for everyone!
