About the role
We are looking for an experienced Implementation Officer who has worked within an A–Z model. This full-time remote role offers flexible hours for proactive, detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about achieving client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end implementation of financial advice strategies (investments, superannuation, insurance, rollovers)
Liaise with clients, advisers, and product providers for timely and accurate processing
Prepare, submit, and track application forms and compliance documentation
Monitor progress and follow up on outstanding actions for seamless onboarding
Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates
Support the advice team in delivering a consistent client experience
About You
3 years + experience in implementation or client services role within a financial advice firm
Comfortable with A–Z model task management
Strong knowledge of superannuation, insurance, and investment processes
Clear communicator with excellent attention to detail
Commitment to outstanding client service
Proficiency with financial planning tools and software
Able to work independently in a remote setting
