Qualifications & experience

Previous experience as a Property Manager minimum for 2-3 years.

Experience in using PropertyMe software

Current Real Estate License

Tasks & responsibilities

· Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in all interactions

· Review and approve tenancy documentation including applications, agreements, and renewals

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge and apply relevant legislation including the RTA and REIQ processes

· Prioritize and efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines

· Present a professional and reliable demeanour with a high standard of personal presentation

· Exhibit a mature and approachable attitude with a pleasant and outgoing personality

· Independently manage a portfolio of residential rental properties

· Monitor and manage rental arrears and implement recovery strategies

· Coordinate property maintenance using the PropertyMe Jobs module

· Operate trust accounting functions using PropertyMe software

· Handle tenant and landlord dispute resolution, including preparation and representation at QCAT

· Complete and document Entry and Exit Condition Reports accurately and thoroughly

· Collaborate with leasing agents, routine inspection agents, and administrative assistants
