Are you a dynamic, results-oriented professional looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disabilities? Radiant Home Care is growing and we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our expansion across Victoria.
About Us
Radiant Home Care is a registered NDIS provider committed to delivering high-quality, culturally responsive support services across Victoria. We specialise in Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short-Term Accommodation (STA), community access, and complex care.
As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Development Manager to grow our presence, build stakeholder relationships, and help more participants access the care they deserve.
Your Role
In this autonomous, high-impact role, you’ll be empowered to design and deliver strategic growth initiatives that increase client acquisition, build referral networks, and drive revenue. You’ll be the key link between Radiant and Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators, hospitals, insurers, and other NDIS stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify, generate, and convert leads through smart marketing and direct outreach
Client Acquisition: Design and implement sales strategies to grow our client base and increase referrals
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong partnerships with NDIS stakeholders including LACs, hospitals, allied health providers, and insurers
Revenue Growth: Conduct market research and create scalable strategies to drive revenue
Networking & Events: Represent Radiant at community forums, expos, and networking events
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and changes within the NDIS space
Community Presence: Build brand presence and reputation across Victoria through consistent relationship-building and visibility
About You
Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing
Experience within the NDIS, disability or healthcare sectors is highly desirable
Knowledge of the Victorian NDIS landscape and referral pathways
Track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills
Valid VIC driver’s license and reliable transport
Required Checks
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
