About the role

We are seeking an experienced Computer Repair Technician and IT Sales support to join our growing team at Get Connected IT in Archerfield, Queensland. As a part-time role, this position will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and sales assistance to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

Diagnose and repair a variety of computer hardware and software issues

Provide excellent customer service and technical support to customers, both in-person and over the phone

Assist with the sales of computer equipment, peripherals, and IT solutions

Maintain detailed records of all service work and sales activities

Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments

Collaborate with the broader IT team to ensure efficient operations

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Computer Repair Technician or in a similar IT support role

Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills for a wide range of computer hardware and software

Microsoft Office 365 Business service support will be highly regarded

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with IT sales and the ability to provide informed recommendations to customers

Relevant certifications or qualifications in IT or a related field would be highly regarded
