About Us

We own three high-growth Fitstop locations across Brisbane. Our sessions are full, our reputation is strong, and we’re looking for a sales closer who’s ready to help even more people step through the doors and transform their lives.

We’re not mucking around—this isn’t about dialling all day and hoping for the best. We’ve built a proven system, sharpened our scripts, and know exactly what works. Now, we need someone with the skill and heart to bring it to life, every day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Calling warm leads who have opted in

• Following a high-performing script and using it confidently on every call

• Hitting clear weekly targets for lead-to-sale conversion

• Managing leads in GoHighLevel (GHL) and keeping your CRM sharp

• Helping prospective members get started and feel supported

• Reporting daily activity and outcomes—because you own your numbers

This Role is for You if You:

• Have phone-based sales experience and a proven ability to close

• Have experience using and following a script to deliver results

• Are comfortable working some evenings and weekends to meet prospects when they’re ready

• Love fitness and are already training or involved in the industry

• Thrive on KPIs, performance targets, and clear results

• Can work autonomously but value being part of a bigger team

• Care deeply about helping others—not just hitting a quota

• You’re not performance-driven or don’t like accountability

• You’re not passionate about health or fitness
