This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with technical, mechanical, or auto-electrical experience looking to apply their skills in a dynamic workshop environment supporting our expanding customer base.

🛠️ Role Overview:

As a Repair Technician, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a range of hybrid campers and caravans. From minor fixes and warranty repairs to pre-delivery inspections and complex troubleshooting, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring our products are road-ready and up to Mars Campers’ quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform repairs on structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within campers and caravans

Conduct pre-delivery inspections and servicing

Handle warranty repairs and post-sale modifications

Troubleshoot and rectify issues related to brakes, water systems, solar, batteries, gas, and 12V/240V systems

Assist in retrofits, upgrades, and customer-requested customisation

Liaise with internal teams to track repairs and parts usage

Maintain a clean, organised, and safety-compliant workspace

About You:

Previous experience in caravan repair, RV servicing, automotive repair, or a technical/mechanical trade

Knowledge of 12V/240V electrical systems, gas plumbing, or caravan build components is a strong advantage

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

A positive, solutions-driven attitude and ability to work autonomously

Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams

Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work

Physically fit and capable of manual labour
