Our flagship project, The Links Over 55’s Lifestyle Resort, is a master-planned community of 195 homes nestled across 27 acres in the beautiful coastal town of South West Rocks.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and personable Resort Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of The Links. This is a hands-on, highly rewarding leadership role with a strong focus on resident experience, community engagement, and operational excellence.

You’ll play a pivotal role in nurturing a vibrant, connected, and supportive community, while ensuring the resort is running smoothly and delivering a five-star lifestyle to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain meaningful relationships with residents, staff, families, and service providers.

Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and active community atmosphere.

Oversee daily resort operations including maintenance, compliance, and amenity management.

Coordinate and support resident events, activities, and wellbeing initiatives.

Lead and develop a small team of support staff.

Manage occupancy levels and support new resident onboarding.

Collaborate with head office departments across HR, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and WHS.

Maintain strong administrative records, compliance reporting, and resident communications.

About You

We're looking for a warm, proactive, and energetic leader who thrives in people-first environments. Your genuine care for residents, paired with your professionalism and business acumen, will make you the heart of our community.

You’ll ideally bring:

Experience in property, hospitality, or community management, ideally within land lease or retirement living environments.

A passion for customer service, wellbeing, and resident satisfaction.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.

Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

High-level computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.

A proactive mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a broader team.

Highly Regarded:

Qualifications in Property or Community Management.

Experience in land lease legislation and compliance.

Sales or customer engagement background.

First Aid & CPR certification.

WHS or risk management experience.

A current driver’s licence.
