Our Client is looking to grow their team through the engagement of an experienced Strata Manager, or Property Manager looking to enhance their career into a new pathway.

Managing a diverse and growing portfolio that stretches from the Coast to Scone, the majority of their properties are based in Singleton and surrounding areas, with recent growth driving a strong presence across Maitland and the wider Hunter Region.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a strata portfolio. This includes:

• Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and correspondence
• Managing strata rolls and maintaining up-to-date records
• Liaising with owners, committees, and contractors
• Overseeing repairs and maintenance coordination
• Budget preparation and financial reporting
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation

Essential Criteria:

• Proven experience in strata management or a similar property role
• Relevant industry qualifications
• Current driver license

• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple schemes simultaneously with efficiency
• Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with computer systems and property management software
