đ§ What Youâll Do
Youâll manage the admin backbone of a fast-growing business. From making sure Brandonâs calendar runs like a Swiss watch, to finalising workbooks and sending out member welcome packs, youâll keep everything humming behind the scenes.
Your regular work will include:
Acting as the filter and gatekeeper to all of Brandonâs professional communications
Managing Brandonâs email inbox and calendar with ruthless prioritisation
Booking venues, flights, accommodation, and transfers for workshops and events
Sending calendar invites and confirmation emails to members
Reviewing upcoming member renewal dates and coordinating with the sales team
Create, update and manage budgets with heads of departments
Overseeing accounts receivable/payable with precision and follow-up
Uploading and organising workshop recordings and documents
Finalising and proofing program workbooks before distribution
Managing internal projects and SOPs
Booking podcast interviews and coordinating logistics
Handling light HR admin: onboarding, commission trackers, leave tracking
Assembling and shipping member gift packs
Liaising with the team for project updates and deadlines
Acting as a force multiplierâspotting whatâs broken, fixing it before anyone notices
Compiling Heads of Department Reports and sending to Brandon on a daily and weekly basis

Have managed an executive calendar in a high-growth company
Have experience in finance admin: AR/AP, Xero, or similar
Are fluent in Google Workspace, Canva, Asana, and Slack
Have experience sending out corporate gift boxes or managing CRM logistics
Have planned retreats, booked podcast guests, or worked in events
Are Perth-based (or willing to relocate) and thrive working in-person with a high-performance founder
Have an interest in business, branding, or personal development
