Project Description:

A leading bank in Sydney is looking for a mid level platform architects to join their CTO office to deliver transformation work across content management space with a deep understanding of technology trends, platforms, and methodologies and the ability to think strategically to design solutions that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for defining and maintaining a standardized platform infrastructure catalogue, ensuring consistency and best practices across the ECM platform.
- Must have good knowledge in architect designs and implement enterprise-level content management solutions that align with the organization's strategy, goals, and objectives. This includes defining the overall architecture, selecting appropriate technologies, and ensuring the solution is scalable, secure, and efficient with performance.
- Must have knowledge on integrating the ECM platform with other enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, IBM FileNet, Case Manager, OpenText and Smart COMM solutions. This involves using APIs, web services, and middleware to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
- He / she establishes and maintains governance policies, security protocols, and compliance measures for the ECM platform. This ensures the platform adheres to industry standards and best practices.
- Capable to provide guidance to development teams on best practices for ECM implementation and integration. They also troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the platform.
- Capable to optimize the platform's performance and reliability, including tuning databases, optimizing search and retrieval, and diagnosing/ resolving complex issues.
- He / she stays up to date with the latest technologies and trends in the ECM space, including new releases, features, and best practices. They evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for their use within the organization.
- Must collaborates with key stakeholders, including business leaders, development teams, and vendors, to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Mandatory Skills Description:

- 10+ years of overall working experience
- Qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related.
- Deep knowledge of content management principles, including document management, workflow automation, and records management.
- Good knowledge on platform architecture such as strong design skills, implementation and managing the underlying infrastructure knowledge for ECM technology stream.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with various ECM platforms like OpenText, FileNet, SharePoint and Smart Communications (SmartComm).
- Experience with integrating ECM platforms with other enterprise systems.
- Experience with cloud-based ECM solutions and hybrid deployments.
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements for ECM.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptable leader who can problem solve and guide others.
- Strong attention to detail.
