Salary Range: $160,000 to $220,000 + Super + Performance Bonus (based on experience)

Our Salesforce ecosystem will be the core operating system for the business, powering everything from lead generation and quoting to onboarding, delivery, and renewals.
This role will own the design, build and governance of our Salesforce infrastructure and its deep integrations with over 30 apps in our operational stack.
About the Role
We are hiring an in-house Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the internal architecture, implementation, and scaling of our CRM and RevOps platform.
This is a high-impact, hands-on position. You will design and build:
A fully custom object model supporting multi-stage consulting lifecycle workflows
Deep bi-directional integrations with tools such as Salesloft, Outreach, DealHub, Rocketlane, Wrike, Process St, DocuSign, and others
Internal automations to eliminate admin time across sales, delivery, operations, and HR
This is not a productised solution, a template rollout, or a system admin position. You are being hired to solve for complexity, scale, trust, and speed in a high-performance consulting operation.
You will report directly to the Director and CTO, work alongside our internal and external department leads, and shape the company’s systems backbone.
Your Key Responsibilities
Architect and own Cybertify’s Salesforce platform end-to-end
Develop and deploy scalable custom object models, page layouts, and field schemas
Design secure, structured data flows across lifecycle stages: lead gen, quoting, onboarding, delivery, reporting, and renewals
Build deep integrations into 30+ tools (e.g. DealHub, PandaDoc, Rocketlane, Outreach.io, Gong, Wrike, Fillout, etc.)
Create intelligent automation layers (e.g. workflow triggers, record updates, onboarding task sets)
Collaborate with department heads to scope, document and iterate use-case-specific workflows
Build dashboards, forecasting views, and role-based interfaces for Sales, Delivery, Operations, and Finance
Enforce security, access, permission schemas, and governance protocols
Own platform reliability, change control, documentation, and future-state roadmap
Liaise with external Salesforce partners if needed during phases of scale
Key Projects You'll Own
Salesforce + Salesloft deployment and cadence mapping
CPQ deployment using DealHub (retainers, fixed fee, milestone pricing)
Qwilr + DocSend integration for proposal-to-contract visibility
DocuSign automation and post-signature workflow triggers
Fillout form intake integration into custom objects
Client onboarding workflow push from Salesforce to Rocketlane and Wrike
Executive dashboard design for department-specific KPIs
End-to-end lead → deal → delivery → revenue lifecycle mapping
What You Bring
5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience (minimum 2 years in a Solution Architect or Technical Architect capacity)
Demonstrated success architecting custom Salesforce orgs in high-trust, multi-tool B2B environments (e.g. legal, finance, compliance, cybersecurity)
Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, custom object architecture, Flow Builder, AppExchange integration, and declarative automation
Strong understanding of data modelling, relational field mapping, and lifecycle automation
Proven ability to own CRM integrations with tools like Outreach, Gong, DocuSign, Salesloft, Monday and others
Experience building or working with CPQ tools
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently, execute fast, and think strategically across departments
Requirements
Experience in cybersecurity or regulated industry environments would be an advantage
Familiarity with vCISO, ISO 27001, Essential Eight, or GRC delivery workflows
Experience with Rocketlane, Wrike, or Process Street integrations
Required Salesforce Certifications
Salesforce Certified Application Architect – Required. You’ll be designing a fully custom object model to support Cybertify’s consulting lifecycle: lead gen, quoting, onboarding, delivery, and renewals. This cert confirms you have the architectural discipline to build it properly.
Salesforce Certified Integration Architect – Non-negotiable. You’ll be integrating 30+ tools (Salesloft, Rocketlane, Wrike, DocuSign, DealHub, etc.) into Salesforce. You must know how to architect APIs, webhooks, and syncs at scale.
Salesforce Certified System Architect – Required. You will own security, identity, access control, permission schema, and platform governance across a consulting firm that handles sensitive data. This cert confirms you can structure systems that don’t break.
Salesforce Platform Developer I – Required. You don’t need to write code all day, but you must know how Apex, triggers, and custom flows work and how to direct devs or clean up garbage when needed.
