Project Description:

A leading bank in Sydney is looking for a mid level platform architects to join their CTO office to deliver transformation work across process automation space with a deep understanding of technology trends, platforms, and methodologies and the ability to think strategically to design solutions that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop high-level and detailed technical design specifications that are aligned with the overall solution architecture.
- Lead the implementation of solutions, including the coordination of development and deployment activities, and management of vendors.
- Ensure that solutions are aligned with the organisation's technology road map and architecture principles.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for the adoption of new technologies where appropriate.
- Mentor and guide development teams to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Mandatory Skills Description:

- 10+ years of overall working experience
- Qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related.
- Experience with solution architecture.
- 5+ years of experience in RPA technologies like Pega , Blue Prism and power automate desktop flows.
- Strong working knowledge of Power platform (power apps, power automate) and HyperScience /OCR platform skills .
- Major focus on creating patterns and integration of cloud platforms with onprem systems.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements.
- Strong technical skills with an understanding of different technologies, architecture patters and design principles.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, system integration, and cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and processes
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinker.
- Adaptable leader who can problem solve and guide others.
- Strong attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

- Banking domain experience
