About the Role

As a Property Management Training Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of property management professionals. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to blend hands-on property management experience with a passion for mentoring and training.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide training and support to Property Management Assistants and Trainees, including induction, software demonstrations, and compliance training.

Manage a small portfolio of 30-50 properties under the guidance of the PM Team Leader.

Conduct routine, ingoing, and final inspections, ensuring compliance and quality standards.

Oversee lease and management authority renewals, maintaining up-to-date records.

Handle maintenance requests promptly, liaising with contractors and tenants.

Monitor arrears and assist in resolving outstanding issues.

Travel to Derby and Port Hedland offices as required by management.

Liaise with the Remote Property Management Team in Subiaco.

About You

We are seeking a Registered Property Manager who is exceptionally well-organised, patient, and attentive to detail. A strong understanding of client and customer service is essential, along with a positive attitude and openness to embracing new technologies in our fast-paced industry. Your ability to contribute to the efficient and effective running of the department will be key to your success in this role.
