What to expect:
Within corporate finance you will be deal making, equity raising, doing mergers and acquisitions, and more. Project based assignments that will expose you to an exciting side of business and transactions.

Within the business services and advisory space, similar to what you do now, you will be working on tax returns/financials for companies, trusts, etc. and you will be involved in high-level tax planning etc for clients 10million - 250 million in turnover.

To be considered:

• CA/CPA qualification or near completion, with at least 4 years of experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm working with companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals.
• Experience with Div 7a, CGT, FBT, and other tax issues related to business services.
• Experience with Xero Practice Manager and associated modules, including Xero Certifications (preferable); experience in MYOB and other software is accepted too.
• Experience working in a team and as an individual; where strong interpersonal and communication skills are needed
